Cindy Agostini (Managing Partner – USTCP, EA, MBA):

Cindy Agostini joined Langwasser & Company, CPAs in 2012 as the Manager of Tax, and was admitted as partner in 2017. With over twenty years of experience in business management, human resources consulting, financial services, and tax preparation, Cindy brings a wealth of talent and expertise to the firm. As a licensed Enrolled Agent, Cindy is an expert in accounting, tax, tax resolution, audit representation, appeals and tax court representation. She has a proven track record of excellence, leadership, and has held top managerial roles for multi-million dollar corporations in the aerospace and consumer goods manufacturing arenas in her career.

As of April 14, 2017, Cindy has been admitted to practice as a member of the Bar of the U.S. Tax Court. This is a distinction earned by fewer than 100 individuals nationwide. The designation is referred to as “USTCP” which is an acronym for “United States Tax Court Practitioner.” Cindy is licensed to represent an individual or corporation in the U.S. Tax Court in a similar capacity to a tax Attorney. She is uniquely qualified to represent our clients before various taxing authorities due to her tax experience and knowledge.

Cindy also enjoys working closely with business startups, advising clients on tax and accounting requirements relating to new business ventures. She focuses on developing an environment of success for her clients while looking ahead to identify future challenges, always meeting them head on.
